Sherwood in N. Titusville - needs loveThis poor little course in N Brevard has been owned privately by folks who just couldn't afford the needed repairs to the course. It was recently purchased by a new owner who is investing in new carts, re-surfacing the parking lot and renovating the club house. If he still has the money, he'll need to (in my opinion) shut the course down and complety redo each hole from T box to Green... including new sod in the fairways. Now he can do this by working on the "back nine" first (closing it down and letting folks just play the front nine)and then working on the front nine. Its just that bad... I used to go there because they were so much cheaper than the other brevard courses they offered a "bargain" but no longer... You may as well play walk-about (just up the street about 3 miles) or Savannah's or any of the other fine brevard courses.... Perhaps Jack Nickolaus will help this new owner out !!!!! While I wish the new owner well, but I won't be back - I'll give them a year to see if they can improve it. Course RatingsPros Staff is nice and ammenity's of the club house are quaint Cons greens, fairways and tee boxes all are sub "par" Cost the same as most other courses - so its lost its appeal as a "bargain" Would you golf here again? no Would you recommend this course to a friend? no Recently Aerified? no Course Listings

Savannah's Feb 20thSavannah's remains the best kept golf secret in Brevard. However due to recent "coupons" being sent out to attract more golfers the pace is slower than in the past. The greens are really brown due to the recent cold snaps but are FAST. The staff is always nice and helpful. Course RatingsPros location, price, setting, staff, Cons crowds (due to cost reduction coupons) Would you golf here again? yes Would you recommend this course to a friend? yes Recently Aerified? no
