If you like true rollling greens and lush conditions...then do yourself a favor and go play this course. This course will test your game to the max from the championship tees. very natural terrain (only two holes where houses are visible. May even see an occasional deer.) The staff is friendly and the grounds maintenance team do a great job. Best value for this area. GREAT JOB WALKABOUT!

This course is in rotten shape. Played here april 13, 2010 and will not be back. Paid $29 to play which may seem inexpensive for this time of the year but the staff failed to mentioned the course conditions. The greenskeeper needs help. I would compare the greens to putting on a motorcross track. very little grass on the frontside greens and not much better on the backside. I had not played viera in several months and was very disappointed. Not to mention, the starter is somewhat of a JACK***. this course should be better since it is near the end of peak season. I truly don't think the greens will survive the summer heat ahead. It's a shame the golf shop staff does not disclose the course conditions when making a tee time. try this course if you like to gamble and lose. BIG OL' THUMBS DOWN!! If you are a local or just visiting the area, pay the extra $3 and go play the walkabout in mims, fl.

I played 18 holes on this well kept course monday sept. 21 in just over 3 hours. The greens rolled smooth but fairly slow (maybe around 6 on the stimpmeter), fairways were mowed tight, and the rough was thick. All around great deal for $29 which included a complimentary lunch.

fairways and rough very wet....may have rained hard the night before. greens very slow and bumpy.
